"Coming from California, I stayed in the Parana Apartment in Recoleta/Barrio Norte for a little more than a month. I found the Recoleta Terrace on-line and could not have been happier with the experience and service. Refah, the bi-lingual owner and manager, was extremely professional, reliable and available whenever needed. He met me at the apartment and was very accommodating regarding deposit and payment options. The apartment was secure, clean and extremely comfortable with a large outdoor patio. It had everything a traveler would need, including fully functional wi-fi (bandwidth and upgraded wi-fi can be an issue in other places around Buenos Aires), Cable TV, DVD and CD players, double bed (along with a pull-out couch in the living room), a safe, power strips supporting all types of foreign plugs and all utilities were included in the price. A very trust worthy cleaning service came once a week and there is laundry, supermarket, state of the art gym, bars, restaurants, cafes, bookstores and a park all within 2-3 blocks. It is an easy walk to everything downtown, there are multiple Collectivo (bus) stops within a block, Subte (subway) stops are within a few blocks and taxis run up and down Santa Fe and Marcelo T. at all hours. It was a very pleasant experience and I will continue to use Recoleta Terrace properties during my trips to Buenos Aires." Clark - USA
I was very happy with the apt Sant Fe. The location was great, since it was my first time to BA it could not be better, it was easy to get around, and since I was by myself it was vey secure. The apt was very clean & confortable, and I did enjoyed having my breakfast, with the sun coming in the kitchen with a lot of windows. Refah was there when I came and he was very helpfull to have the best of my trip."

I stayed at the Penthouse in Pena and the apartment was fantastic not to mention the location incredibly strategic. I don?t think you can do better in Buenos Aires in terms of price/value. My favorite part was the outside terrace and the nearby restaurant options which are really good. Refah was incredibly helpful with everything too. "As a late 20's professional, I moved to Buenos Aires without knowing anyone, and I needed a secure, convenient place to stay on short notice. I found Terrazas online and rented the apartment via email. I stayed for 2 months in the Parana apartment, and had a wonderful experience. The bi-lingual landlord is accommodating, friendly, honest, and professional. The location is ideal for someone who wants access to night-life and downtown, but wants to live in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The apartment is very conveniently located within Recoleta, close to a major street, grocery, restaurants, and shopping. The Subte is about a 10 minute walk, and its very easy to catch a cab outside. The apartment itself is cozy, comfortably appointed, and perfect for one or two people. You can hear the neighbors (mostly families) if you have the windows open, but its not too noisy. The porch was a terrific asset in good weather. If you are looking for a no-hassle apartment, and can afford the going rate in Recoleta, I highly recommend this company." Carlos Camacho - USA
The Santa Fe apartment is conveniently located and within walking distance to everything you need (i.e. restaurants, laundry, groceries, shopping, etc...). Reserving the apartment was easy, price is reasonable, and Refah was very accomodating to adjust for check-in/out times. Working with Refah was a pleasure. The whole process from arrival to departure was a breeze. They were waiting at the apartment on our arrival from the airport and gave us a warm welcome. They spoke English beautifully and provided us with all the information we needed for the week.
The apartment was well put together and everything was very neat. The ceilings were high, which gave the space a very nice feel. The TVs and DVD player was welcome (although we did not use them). I really liked the stereo system which allowed me to play music from my ipod. The location is excellent... it is close to the cemetery and there is a supermarket down the street. For the price, it can't be beat. At the end of the trip, they met us promptly to return our deposit. The stay at the Pueyrredon Apartment was fantastic and I would strongly recommend staying there.
