1- RESERVATIONS
To make a reservation, you must be of legal age in your country of residence.
In order to confirm your reservation, we request a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total rent, with the balance to be paid in cash upon the signing of the rental agreement.
We offer the following payments methods:
- Direct deposit into our bank account;
- Credit card payment or money transfer via PayPal;
- Money transfer using Western Union.
At the time you confirm your reservation, we will need your passport number along with other personal and travel information.
2- RATES, GUARANTEE DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
The published rates include condo fees, property taxes, electricity, gas & water, cable TV, broadband internet, and weekly house-cleaning services. This service does not relinquish the guest's obligation to return the apartmente in the same condition and cleanliness in which it was recieved.
The apartments published in this site have a "Prepaid" telephone service included in the rates. The guest simply purchases a prepaid calling card to make out-going local and international calls. In-coming calls are unlimited and their costs are included in the basic service.
The total rental amount and the Guarantee Deposit are paid upon arrival to the apartament.
Guarantee Deposit
Upon arrival to the apartment, you will be aske to leave a returnable "Guarantee" deposit, according to the length of your stay:
a) If your stay is equal to or less than 2 weeks: the equivalent of one week's rent.
b) If your stay is between 2 to 4 weeks the equivalent of two week's rent.
c) If your stay is greater than 4 weeks: the equivalent of one month's rent.
In case of eventual damage or loss in the apartment, the guest will cover these cost as established in the inventory in the annex of the rental agreement.
3- OTHER CONDITIONS
It will be required to provide some basic personal information, such as names and ages of all guests who will be staying at the apartment.
Upon arrival of the guest, at the time mutually agreed upon beforehand, a representative of the property will guide the guest through the apartment, familiarizing him/her with the various amenities, and providing any necessary information (local attractions, transportation, restaurants, etc.). The guest, along with the property owner or his legal representative, will sign the rental agreement that will include an inventory of items in the apartment. The inventory will be reviewd by both parties. At this time, the guest will pay the balance of the rent due along with the "guarantee" deposit, both in cash. The guest will receive the keys to the apartment and confirm the date and time of Check-out.
La permanencia en el inmueble de mas huespedes de los previamente acordados en el contrato es motivo de desalojo y la finalización inmediata del contrato.

Having more guests than those originally agreed upon in the rental agreement may result in the immediate cancellation of the agreement without any refund due. The property owners maintain their right to refuse admission to any potential guests.
Check in & Check out
In order to provide greater benefits and customer satisfaction, tThere is no specific time established for Check-in or Check-out. However, we have defined a timetable for both: Monday to Saturday, from 8:00AM to 6:00PM.
If you need to Check-in between 6:00PM and 9:00PM or on a Sunday, please let us know in advance in order to make special arrangements so that a representative may show you in. This service has a nominal cost of U$S 20.
We do not provide Check-in between 9:00PM and 8:00AM.
During Check-out, the guest will return the apartment keys, and will receive his "guarantee" deposit, after reviewing the corresponding inventory and the general condition of the apartment.
4- CANCELLATION
In the event that the guest cancels his reservation, the amount paid will not be returned.
The rent paid is not returnable. If the guest wishes to shorten his/her stay, the amount already paid cannot be returned, given that it will be retained as compensation for not fulfilling the rental agreement.
5- TIME EXTENSIONS
Rental agreements are not extendible; they have a starting and ending date. If the guest needs to extend his/her stay, he/she must contact us immediately to assure the future dates of the apartment have not been reserved by another guest. The time extension, nevertheless, will require a new rental agreement to be prepared and signed by both parties, and is subject to any variation in the terms, conditions and rates that may have taken place.
Long term rentals.
For some long term rental agreements (greater than six months), bimonthly payments may be allowed. Si the guest decides to terminate the rental agreement befor its expiration, the "guarantee" deposit cannot be returned and will be retained by the property owner as compensation.
6- INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that upon confirming the reservation, the guest purchases valid insurance and medical coverage to cover potential accidents, medical needs and/or loss of personal goods in Argentina.
